Workshop Only Registration includes:

  • Participation in (1) Workshop at the specified time (can purchase up to 5 total workshops)

Workshop Only Registration does NOT include:

  • Conference Bag
  • Participation in Technical Sessions
  • Keynote Sessions
  • Breakfast on the day of your Workshop
  • Coffee Breaks on the day of your Workshop
  • Lunch on the day of your Workshop

Workshop Only Registration costs $20 USD per workshop. You may purchase up to 5 total workshops ($100 USD). You may add meals for $35 USD which will include breakfast, lunch, and all coffee breaks on the day of your workshop.

Author Registration Guidelines

  • Please note: for an accepted paper to be presented and, following presentation, be included in the proceedings/IEEE Xplore at least one author must be registered.
  • Each paper must be covered by a Full Conference Registration fee. Student Registration fees do not cover paper publication/presentation.
  • Accepted papers will be subject to the registration requirements of this conference.
  • Each Full Conference Registration fee can cover up to (2) papers.
  • Each Full Conference Registration may add up to (1) Additional Paper fee to register a 3rd paper. No more than 3 papers may be covered by 1 registration.

Cancellation Policy

  • All refund/cancellation requests must be received by November 9, 2024. You can modify or cancel your registration using the “Already Registered?” link on the registration site.
  • Once an invitation letter is issued, a refund cannot be granted per IEEE Policy.
