Important Dates

  • Initial Manuscript Submission Deadline: June 24, 2024 
  • Notification of Decision: September 5, 2024
  • Final Manuscript Submission Deadline: October 15, 2024
  • Conference:  December 9-12, 2024

Final Submission Procedure

  • MANDATORY: You must pay for conference registration BEFORE you will be allowed to upload your final paper. You will need your registration code in order to proceed.
  • ALL submissions must be made online through EDAS.
  • Final submission is REQUIRED, even if you do not intend to make any changes to your original submission.
  • Email submissions will NOT be accepted.
  • MANDATORY: Make sure your PDF file meets IEEE Xplore compliance by following the instructions on the PDF Express page.
  • Log in using the same username and password you created during your initial submission. You may then edit your submission information (paper title, author list, etc) and/or resubmit your paper.

Author Registration

  • Note: for an accepted paper to be presented and, following presentation, be included in the proceedings/IEEE Explore at least one author must be registered.
  • Each paper must be covered by a Full Conference Registration fee.
  • Student Registration fees do not cover paper publication.
  • Workshop Only Registration fees do not cover paper publication.
  • Accepted papers will be subject to the registration requirements of this conference.
  • All the submitted papers will be evaluated for presentation, in the form of digital poster or oral presentation.
  • Each full registration fee can cover up to 2 papers, with the option to add a 3rd paper by paying an Additional Paper Fee. 

Paper Specifications

  • MANDATORY: Be sure to include author names and details in your Final Camera-Ready Manuscript. The Double-Anonymous review process is complete.
  • Use our template to meet formatting requirements below. Your paper must comply with the following specifications:
  • Paper Length: 
  • Full Paper (6-8 pages)*
  • Short Paper (4-5 pages)*
  • Work-in-Progress Paper or WIP (2-3 pages)*
    *Paper lengths include references.
  • Paper Size: US_Letter
  • Fonts: Embed ALL fonts in your PDF file. Avoid the use of Type 3 fonts.
  • File Format: Adobe PDF (.pdf)
  • Do NOT page number your paper
  • Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file.

Creating your PDF eXpress Account

Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site

First-time users should do the following:

1.Select the New Users - Click Here link.

2.Enter the following:

  • 62452X for the Conference ID
  • your email address
  • a password

3.Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
