TALE, an international conference on engineering, technology, and education is the IEEE Education Society’s premier conference series in the Asia-Pacific region.
IEEE TALE 2024 is the premier conference in the Asia-Pacific region for advancing educational technologies and innovative teaching practices. Focused on the theme Transforming Education in a Digital Age, the event unites educators, researchers, technologists, and industry leaders to share insights and foster collaboration.
The comprehensive program includes keynote speeches, workshops, panel discussions, paper presentations, and networking opportunities, all designed to inspire and inform. Attendees can also explore the Program-at-a-Glance for a quick overview of sessions and activities, ensuring a seamless conference experience.
Covering topics like technology-enhanced learning, AI in education, and immersive learning environments, TALE 2024 offers a dynamic platform for shaping the future of education in a digital world.
TALE is held in December each year in the Asia-Pacific region (IEEE Region 10), complementing the other events in the IEEE Education Society’s suite of conference offerings, including Frontiers in Education in North America (IEEE Regions 1–7), EDUCON in Europe/Middle East/Africa (IEEE Region 8), and EDUNINE in Latin America (IEEE Region 9).
The conference is organized jointly by the IEEE Education Society, IEEE Region 10, IEEE Bangalore Section, IEEE Education Society Bangalore Chapter, and Manipal Institute of Technology.
It aims to provide a forum for scholars and practitioners to share their knowledge and experience in engineering and technology education, as well as in technology-enabled educational innovation across a variety of academic and professional disciplines. The target audience of the conference is diverse and includes those working in the higher education, vocational education and training (VET), K-12, corporate, government and healthcare sectors.
